We want you to love your purchase from the Oregon Zoo. If for any reason you would like to exchange or return any NON-PERSONALIZED item, we are happy to replace it with another selection. Just repack the item in its original packaging and call 503-525-4220. If you reach a recording, please leave your name and number and we will get back to you immediately. We apologize in advance but are unable to return or exchange any personalized jersey in both kids and adult sizes as they are custom developed for you.
